IN SUMMARY

i eat more now BUT i eat better food. sometimes it feels repetitive but you just change things around. i have fish of some sorts everyday of the week. BUT i stress it's no good eating good food if you don't exercise. walking is all i do so far. i started at 2km a day for the week and slowly built on that. went to the gym for a free analysis, instructor said i was doing well but would have to do certain gym exercises to tone up. i asked him for a demo and he showed me and gave me pages of exercises to do. so i don't need to go to the gym cause i now have the info i needed plus have the required gym equipment (though small) at home. :D

Due to a rigorous schedule at the gym, I'm not losing weight, but I'm benefitting.
My improvements won't show on the scales tho....

Missed yesterdays weigh in, but it looks like I am not the only one! Down to 78kgs this morning - woohoo! Target achieved!

Have been running and riding like a demon, eating (mostly) all the right fuels and reaping the benefits.

On the weights issue, I will start now that I have leaned up a little. Didn't want to start turning some of that excess fat into muscle so I skipped that in the early stages of my LIFESTYLE CHANGE.

Come on chaps, get into it - many seem to be losing the focus.
