real hard didnt think rosies would pay players

This was discussed at our training last night, we'd better whatever Rosies are offering. No one else gets paid though.

Rosies will never ever pay thier players. Never have never will. Its all about the love and looking after your own.
If people can make deals without money changing hands well they are the smart ones.
Catchit has got a great Job to look forward to and an even better cricket season come 10/11

congrats to you i hear you got the most improved player this year, normally handed out to the young kids but you should be proud of it and should put it with the others you have won over the years...
Bit Harsh

The Source is only 22
yeah you are right a bit harsh... maybe he should leave room to put the ones he will win over the next few years then ;)
He will have to move his Footy B&F - Players MVP and Anzac Day Medal around to fit the cricket trophy in first :D

not 100% sure but i believe there was an agreement made between Morton and Catchit, Duane helping him out with a job and in appreciation catchit is playing for rosies... could be wrong so don't take that as gospel

And before all the inuendo about Catchit getting money up front etc to play at Ingle Farm, I can catergorically state that Catchit was signed at IF for no money at all..
The only thing he would have is a near new set of size 14 spikes only 10 overs old... ;)

It is disappointing for us not to have had the pleasure of having him for more than 1 game due to his injury.
There is no doubt we missed his cricket ability, but over and above that his presence and experience on the ground assisting a new captain.

It is very simple.. Work before pleasure.. and with that Ingle Farm Cricket Club wish the big fella all the best and hope all goes well with the leg..
