If any Port fans know which ground you are playing your trial on the 6th and 20th March, let me know and i can update the games schedule.

GFC have just updated their website with updated trial venues.
20th March V Port is now at the Bay, and yes the Westies game 6th March is at Richmond.

GFC V Norwood game on 27th March has 'to be confirmed', but is listed as being at the Bay atm

Just as a matter of interest, are all SANFL Reserves and League trial matches free admission?

As someone just pointed out to me, this is the Round 1 game, not a trial.
Not sure why it's got 'to be confirmed', but will follow up and fill you in.

Cheers. I suspected, but take nothing for granted with the SANFL.

...although the 2010 initiative to add two AFL tickets to a season plus type membership is excellent. It's available at all clubs, means I can add $40 to a season ticket and have two tickets to the Adelaide/Brisbane or Port/Brisbane match. :D

As per the link below from the CDFC homepage, please note there has been a change in venue for the Central v Norwood trial game on Saturday March 13th.

http://cdfc.com.au/cms/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=531:trial-game-schedule&catid=22:2010&Itemid=2

Because of light tower upgrades at The Parade, the game will now be played at Hamra Homes Oval with the start times for both league and reserves remaining the same.

Damn, it was one match I was looking to go to as an 'away' game.

Thanks for the info, Big Phil.

Cheers.
This is sort of what I expected.
I might venture to one or two if I have nothing else planned for the dates/times in question. An 8pm start is surprisingly late for the first one at Elizabeth. :)

Why is the Central v Eagles game starting at 8 pm? There will be less fans going and spending money out at Elizabeth how about having it a little bit earlier at say 6.30 or 7 pm which will help those who have a long way to get home after the game.

That was a few years back. At Norwood the trials have been free entry the last couple of years.
Its up to the host club if they want to charge or not.

Fixed that quote up for you.
'People are not stupid. They know when they are being conned. And two reserves teams operating in a League competition will reduce it to a farce, a competition without a soul.'

If it's a trial game at night at Norwood against Norwood then you might have to pay.

Considering it's a trial game I reckon the impact on the crowd would be minimal.

I personally don't mind the late start.
