Relaxed and friendly it is but there is still a premier at seasons end and all clubs want that. Some obviously put in more work than others. Cant see what harm it is doing if someone is "watching" and "taking notes". If thats happening you obviously have them worried. While they are worrying about you they havn't got their eye on there own backyard. Play on I say.

Ben Kayser gone from Waikerie, heaps of outs for Loxton, Storic and Brooks gone from Berri. How about a crack at a ladder for end of minor round.

I'm going with

Waikerie - Will win enough enough games to finish 1st even though squad is aging and the recruits seem to have dried up. Will they have the legs come finals though.
Renmark - Lot of outs but juniors may surprise.
Berri - Centenary year will see some improvement even though Storic and Brooks are gone
Throw a blanket over the other 3.
Loxton - plenty of outs and lots of kids to be guided by Smith
Barmera - rumoured to have lost a few.
Loxton North - How much will they improve with a couple of paid players and no injuries. I'll go for the panthers to finish 4th.

Certainly Independents is played in a relaxed and friendly atmospere so why does it need to have the points system enforced?.

All Independent clubs have to recruit to survive but under this system 19/20 player's recruited would come from a higher competition and therefore be worth points.

Can someone tell me if former club juniors returning to their home club attract zero points.

thats correct 200 kw, juniors attract 0 points if they played 20 odd (i think) junior games at that club.
