FR you couldnt even keep up with the D grade coach last night in the runs! I would try and make his side before I start getting confident ;)

The last time i looked chafing was not a recognised injury :)

Im coming out and trying my hardest... :D

The D-Grade coach is stick and bones, hence the name Sticko, its easy to be fit when you weigh 50kg
