Bloody embarrasing now, the so called batsmans paradise is now a mine field, game will be all over tonight

S.A. 4/31 in 16 overs

Klinger now gone for 5

Cosgrove gone for 18

Mal described the pitch as a Road - now it may not be like King William Road but more like a dodgy side street in calcutta

crap batting although it's my fault malgrove got out in the 2nd innings because i had just said to littlebayman that malgrove looks good & hitting the ball cleanly

i think the redbacks are glorified front runners but fall to pieces under pressure (almost fell to pieces in perth last week), the young nsw bowler hazlewood bowled very well was very tight, accurate & damaging

bring back mal whoops i mean boof
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

SA 1/6 after 1 over
COPELAND a good bowler got HARRIS out for a duck
Then everybody who was the ground could not believe what happened
Not since the SA reserection of the South Adelaide Football club in 1964 , have we seen something so unbelievable [and happy birthday today to Neil Kerley]

2nd over of the game KAT brings on
NOT HAZELWOOD who must be injured as was subbed
NOT STARC the useful left hand quick
NOT THORNLEY
he opened up with OKEEFE  a SPIN bowler
WHY ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

becoz KLINGER came in and no one wanted to bowl at him ?
becoz of the great effort by the SA spinners who snared 1/252 between them ?
becoz ???? what the ????? why ?????
Poor captaincy by the KAT

SA 4/185
COPELAND 2/34 [16] very very impressive bowler
STARC 2/49[15]
DOM 0/9[8]
OKEEFE 0/81[26] dear oh dear oh me
run MAXchine top scored with 63 and out to COPELAND

The SS spinning graveyard was in force this game
Spinners have taken 1/333 so far in this match

When they build the dual 2 way Southern Freeway which both political parties have announced this week, they should employ the ground staff at Adelaide Oval....

Magnificent captaincy by the Kat
Kat courageously decided to open with 2 fast bowlers in the 2nd dig
Kat controversially did not open with left hand spinner OKEEFE
SA 6/99
COPELAND 2/29 heez good this bowler
HAZELWOOD 2/10
OKEEFE came on as the 4th bowler 2/17

The relity is that we are realistically playing NSW 2nd X1

Only Jaques, katich and Hughes would be there if all available. FFS they are playing their 3rd string keeper!!!

No Clarke, Khawja, Haddin, Smith, Bollinger, Braken, Clark, Lee, Smith, Watson, and Hauritz. I hven't even counted Wrner who wouldn't ply 1st clss cricket if they were all available.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

If you mention Lee you shoul also mention Geoff Lawson, Mike Whitney, Wayne Holdsworth etc. Lee is as finished as all those blokes.

I get your point though. Very ordinary performance from SA and it's really unacceptable. The ability is there but there is something really lacking with the application.

All over, SA 20/391. Absolute bloody disgrace!!

Wish these blokes would stop talking about winning silverware all the time and firstly get the process right that in turn produces results.

Can still make the final but need a major form reversal. In previous years we've won these games when we were no hope of competing in the final, funny that......

I believe the entire squad and coaching staff will be hung at the town hall at sundown, I hope that satisfies the thirst for blood about here!

You think 8/96 and 10/103 are acceptable batting performances that should go un-noticed and we won't comment on them? I always try to keep others positive on here but that effort with so much riding on it was spineless....

You are one of the more positive posters on here I reckon WCP.

VS WA we only needed 90 odd to win and just scraped home

VS NSW we refuse to put up a fight and meekly crumble not once but twice!

Apparently we were in with a shot at making the final but as someone else said, whenever SA starts talking like that in the media they put in a shocker next match.
