Yes they have been moved but the ovals are undecided at this stage. ATCA to confirm the oval with ASCA asap.

Bloods, why did our Association move this game to Turf were we have an advantage over them on hard wicket?

Cause the association simply are yes man to the sooky Wayne Phillips. Disgraceful IMO. ASCA should now forfeit at the last minute because its on turf for that reason, it should be our home game. What a joke!

Turf players are scared of 2-piece balls on fast bouncy hard wickets, simple as that.

The boys had to use a 4 piece on hard wicket last game against Para Districts cos the turf boys requested it. Like you said CK, Yes Men!

things are shakey down the youth centre

harvey has played his last game, onfield arguments and luders will miss the rest of the year with a hip injury

lucky the SOS went out to press and king... but surely their shoulders would be sore by now from holding them up for ever so long...

Lol @ JB. Harvey is looking forward to playin a winning final, which he will do at WYC. Things are all good at WYC thanks JB kingy and pressy's shoulders are managing just fine. Cheeky batted well for his 111 today rode his luck well, our umpire didn't have a good day by his own admission gave pressy out in the first over lbw off the middle of the bat.

Cheeky and Rahsaan Oakey (is that his name) did smash some balls straight and over midwicket. Although they rode their luck, they both made the most of their chances. They had a couple big partnerships, but overall, we had 8 batters out for 46 runs, it was two batters that scored the most of the runs and we had a good effort.

We felt, altho bowled and fielded rather carp, keeping them to only 217 was a good effort.
Should be a good game next week thats for sure.
Glenelg ANA in trouble aswell thanks to Sambo Sharks which helps us!

Great recovery from Morphies yesterday. Our openers were good before the next 7 failed to reach double figures. The 102 run 8th wicket partenership between our skipper & new cult hero Matt "kenny McGregor" Taylor-Barrie was great to watch.
A wicket to Pies miller off the first ball of the innings finished a good day.

Will not comment on some of the small incidents during the afternoon tho, suffice to say that their is at least 1 player on either side who should learn more about sportsmanship.

Sponsors Day next week, lots of noise Ramblers

Agreed. Apart from that, I thought the sportsmanship and banter was pretty good. Had a few good laughs with the batsmen and a pretty good feeling between the sides.

Big thanks to Morphy Park for putting on the afternoon tea as well, was greatly appreciated.

Roseboy, THANKYOU, from the bottom of my heart! It is nice someone can show their appreciation :)
The Ramblers will be recieving my last official Afternoon tea this weekend so i might try something special, who knows i might even cook the chicken wing all the way thru!

As for you Madrooster ya big boofhead, what can i say?
Your attitude as of late is deplorable. ;) The way you have ripped into life member Danny Miller regularly is beyond repproach. Your demenour around the club is downright disrespectful, especially to the staff, & the way you handled the whole "We are out of Super Dry" issue was way out of proportion.
Maybe at sponsors day this weekend you can lift your game & regain some pride

Gee Moe - your last day and it happens to be sponsors day, lets hope there is no repeat of the Super Dry incident!

Please be advised that you will be treated to a very special performance from the madrooster on your last day!!!
