Here's a few snaps from the T20 Grand Final day, unfortunately no action shots, just a heads up on the coloured uniforms, something to expand on for next season hopefully.

Attention LM. Looks like a fun and exciting comp. Is there any way that this could be put into a 8 team comp.
2 Games at one ground and 2 at another each week. North comp and South comp or something like that.
Every comp plays each other twice with the finals being top 2 from each comp playing off in a semi to decide the Grand Final.
I think if each team could get a sponsor of say $250 as entry money there would be $$$ for the winner. I know there are a few clubs out there that could do with a new set of mats or playing shirts.

Most definetely mate, it works best with 4 teams per comp, this way everyone gets to host a double header. We've been approached by a number of clubs keen on joining in over the past two seasons, it's just a matter of getting 3 neighbouring clubs on board and we'll draw you up a program.
Playing each other twice becomes a bit too much, it works best just having the 3 rounds and a finals, this way it doesn't become a chore and it keeps the wags happy.
There is a big possibility that we'll be playing against Brahma Lodge on possibly the 7th of March in a one off game, this should be confirmed by Friday, we'll be urging clubs to get down there to have a look.

I find it amusing that we have so many clubs wanting to be involved and are organising the whole thing and the association isn't catching on. Clubs are looking at bringing in prize money etc etc and overall the whole concept has been a huge success and all of this off their own backs.

It's by no means the associations fault, it gets brought up at the AGM's, meetings etc. The club delegates don't buy it. More often than not it wouldn't even get mentioned back at the clubs, a lot of people just go to the meetings to avoid a fine.

My prediction is the premiership will be shared - Salisbury West and whover finishes second as the first week of finals will be lost due to 40 plus degrees both days and then the following week will be rained out ;)

Browny what are the odds on that

One Tree Hill have enough talent and experience to cause an upset, the problem with Salisbury West is every win brings you closer to your next defeat. They are undoubtably a class act and far superior than any other team or club, but cricket is a funny game and it just takes one player to post a big total against them and a few others chip in to reach 250+.
Looking at their B's highlights just how good their A's are, although they are in the bottom 4 they have beaten the top 3 teams and haven't really been flogged this season.

fair dinkum the fielding trophy is a joke.. does anyone really care who wins it??
mckenzie medals are the ones to win   ;)

The medal should be a count don't you think?

We will have to put some odds up at the end of regular season!

Is sibbs a chance to win his first!?[/quote]

if he doesnt win it this year he may never win it... with the chance of a certain player going back to PDCA, the next few years might have the same name on it...
