Road runs. 2nd training of the year. Coach told me to go in the slow group because id prob be pretty unfit...i opted for the medium group...and beat everybody back...made my night.

You can tell the sex of the baby from the ultrasound you know...

If the baby is leaning forward with arms pointing down (ie the "dishwashing" pose) then it is almost certainly a female.

If, however, the baby is leaning back, with arms sprawled beside (ie the "beer in one hand and foxtel remote in the other" pose) then it is almost certainly a male.

Fixing my computer's audio driver all by myself (screw you, Microsoft - said it was working and consequently refused to examine it or give me any further information) and taking less than ten minutes. When stuff goes wrong with the computer, I can generally fix it but it takes anywhere from four to eight hours. I have also set a computer on fire by accident. So this is a big achievement.
