THE Port Adelaide Magpies' short-term future will be secured with a salvation package from SA businessman Gordon Pickard tomorrow.
Mr Pickard's plan will guarantee the Magpies' presence in the SANFL this season and secure enough time for the club to develop a new business plan to survive beyond 2010.
Pickard is understood to have sought - and gained - the approval of his white-knight plan from SANFL chief executive Leigh Whicker.

Apparently or allegdelly he is supposed going to increase his sponsorship of the Power in which part of the deal is allegdelly that the power has to purchase the POW hotel from the Magpies....Allegdelly!
Honestly I have no idea of what the details are,
