The problem with this race is that the early speed comes from 1,2,3. This is a huge problem for mine as there can be plenty of trouble for them at the bend, opening the race up for 5,6,8.

The insides are certainly going to be UNDERS on the tote. Look for the BIG OVERS and ROVER in exotics if your looking for Value.

A quick explination for Warrnambool Race 12

Print out the form that you are using. Circle the PEAK performances for each greyhound.

Look at how long ago their peak performance was.

Check out the age of each runner and if you find any major differences in the field take note.

Check first split times.

Give an extra length to the good boxes in the race.

Looking at the basics #7 RYKER BALE should lead. #3 will be close too. #8 cant cross the 7 early, so will find it hard inititaly and prefers shorter.

We haven't actually done that well at Warrnambool tonight. Which is a shame. But this race looks a good betting race.

#4 COVER UP has the early speed to lead this, but Traralgon 513 isn't a typical leaders distance. Especially ones that weaken, Cover Up weakens heavily over 440m..... so this will be a huge test. This opens up the race for #5 AMAROO WHIRL who should get a nice clean start, as 6 will be slower and 7 should cross in front to sit behind the early leader. #8 is the real query. I have on suitablity and performance. Probably doesn't have the best box in this race though, so make sure your getting OVERS.

#1 is unknown. GEts best box.

#2 doesn't have much hope. #3 will be running home late, but will get chopped early. Hard to recover.

#7 should just sit off the heels down the back and be too strong over the final 80m meanwhile the swoopers 3,5 charge. 8 thereabouts. Have second as can see lucky run opening up.

It's a simple equation here. If #1 leads in first 20m. The race is over.

2,3 don't have the right early speed. 4 does but HORRIBLY box. 5,6 do have early speed. moreso 6. So there could be a squeeze between the next best dogs in this race. 7 goes no-where and races for luck. 8 is hit/miss and not for mine.

Either 1,4 or 6 leads this race and the winner has to come from those 3. If not..... I'll lose heavily.

These are the types of races where you can simply enjoy a fantastic collect by punting to your market.

We only gave 4 of these runners any chance of winning. #3 was HUGE overs in the market. And thus was the selection that you use in extra exotics to find OVERS. You also punt to the OVERS in the market and find that a bet @ $20 on #3 (100/$4.92). Returns a healthy amount. There were plenty of +$20 on offer around in the online world. Nothing was getting matched on betfair, as Unitab and fixed odds elsewhere offered far better.

Papa Cool was UNDERS in the market so you avoid the WIN betting and focus on the exotics where you will have PAPA COOL as 1st.

You just cannot back any runner at ANY odds.
