Booney, We have agreed to disagree in the past, sometimes toe to toe, but I love your total passion for the Port Adelaide Magpies.

Your posts directing people to the Magpies membership page is an absolute beauty.

Now that the S**T fight is over, I for one would attend any PAMFC function to help assist with the Magpie recovery in its own right, I am absolutely sure I am not alone.
at the Norwood AGM last night our Club President made a clear statement that our club voted No to the merger and why, but then said if the PAMFC wanted any assistance from us to help them get back to the fold they had only ask, whatever resources could be made available would be, to that he received a strong ovation.

We don't love yah but we still respect and want the "PAMFC" around for the duration of the SANFL, who else can we play with such passion for the guernsey no matter where we are on the ladder, it's called tradition and it's come at a high cost to both of us over the century plus.

I toff's me hat to you

Cheers,

South Adelaide Football Club will donate $100 for every win they have this year so that should see off about $300 of your debt. Any little bit helps.... ;)
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

What I can't keep up with is something I was told last night in that the PAMFC are the incorporated body who own all the pokies licenses and the PAFC AFL want to merge so they can 'assume' the sporting club taxation benefits arising from the PAMFC legal status?

If that makes sense...

Good luck Boon. I couldn't imagine an SANFL without a Norwood v Port fixture. The first match I ever saw live was Sturt v Port at Unley and it was chokkers. I firmly believe that NO CLUB should be forced to fold in the SANFL.

regards,

REB
