I think the previous comment was very much tongue in cheek mate, & more having a go at players already at Karoonda, all in good humour.

On a different note, any movement on the Sayers/Temby front

Heard from a bloke that plays for borders over christmas. despite the rupours they havent really lost anyone out of their side, and have picked up a new paid ruckman. no idea who though. they really want to win this year and avenge teh no show on the big day last year. ill be interested to see how they go with their new coach too.

who is the new coach of borders?

there always going to be around the mark very good club well ran with alot of talent in that club.

The new coach for BDT is Todd Butler, first time i met him was the Tinty pub in about 2006, at that stage he had just moved to Tinty from Ecounter Bay way (he coached there previously). Last couple of years he has been at Keith (after being overlooked for the BDT job) and was the powerbroker in getting Tony Modra down there, fantastic coach, straight down the line and just what BDT need to utilise the endless pool of talent they have. He has a very good footy brain and from intial reports he has every player on the same page.
