yeah Andrew carmen the big red headed fella. Peters brother. Didn't know he played at Craigmore, I thought he was always at Angle Vale since they started senior teams.

Andy played 1 year for us I believe, the season that we won Grade 2. Pretty sure Moore or Oliver got him out to our club (mates from soccer)

Angle Vale will most certain be boosted by the return of another Carmen. The big fella has plenty of pace when he gets it cranking and will cause some headaches in the remaining games. pretty potent opening bowling pair that is for sure.
is that the carmen that played for craigmore a few weeks back? if so, he is very zippy and with his height is pretty dangerous he made some of the boys at teachers look silly in the granny a few years back
Thats the same Carmen, but has not played for craigmore since that GF, joined the Army. Your right donkey he did make a few teachers players look silly but he was fired up after copping a mouthful from some drunk idiot on the sidelines. We never got to thank that bloke after the game as he had quietly dissappeared into the sunset.

Twenty/20 Final

This Sunday will be the finals for our T20 competition. It will be a a replay of the last round where Eastern Park defeated One Tree Hill by one wicket in the early game and Playford defeated Smithfield by 14 runs in the late game.
It will be held at Smithfield Oval and promises to be a couple of exciting games. Over the past 3 seasons Smithfield and Playford have met 8 times with only one of them occaisions has been over 40 runs, 6 of them have been under 15 runs. We have met twice in T20 matches, Playford have won both, once by 1 run and the other by 14.
Both teams are pretty evenly matched and there should be some big hitting going on.

12 noon: One Tree Hill vs Eastern Park (play-off for 3rd & 4th)
3pm: Smithfield vs Playford (Grand Final)

Come along for a look, there will be drink specials, quality bbq, exciting cricket and a great atmosphere will be set. It will be a great chance to check out what a few more clubs will be doing next season, get on board.

ATCO would have to be a big chance this week, star bowler and all round good guy out of the side for the Lodge. If there was odds for these games, surely you would have to chuck money on Groovers mob.
