4) Freeling, need a goal kicker,

5) Willaston
6) Barossa
7) Centrals, time to rebuild
8) Kapunda
9) South, to many changes

Freeling have a gun goal kicker, Luke Mensforth played like 6 games last year and kicked 30+ goals, if he can stay fit he'll be in the top three goal kickers in the league,

Point taken, however the big bloke plays the full season, no injuries, kicks 60-70... good return, a mid fielder group that could return 45-55 goals for the season, still say you need that second forward that kick 40+, the last few season

Tanunda, Kennedy, Britton, Agars
Barossa, Commane, Thomas, Brodhurst
or in 2006 Commane, Silvy, Laurie

When Freeling played in the 3 grand final, Fowden, Corniluis, and a mixture of Carmicheal/ Lamond/ Frewen...

Freeling have also signed justin Trewin from Nuri And Torrens Valley for this year. Solid bloke who i think is also a goal kicker

Trewin will be a handy inclusion for the legs if they can revive the late Dr Victor Chang.
He definitely won't be playing under Uncle Ian at Nuri.

Very funny Osama. If and when he is cleared it will be a very handy inclusion. He said he will not play for Nuri.

from what i have heard alot of discontent between coach and players or coaching methods and would not be at all surprised if the coach is not there by season end. Plus i think they played above themselves last year were relitively injury free.

i think centrals are the 1 that will really strugle, No wasniack, vivian, jenner, hilderbrands, taylor and prob herble leaves a massive hole not even kings ego could fill

south well even if they do become central districts reserves, reserves i dont think they will get of the bottom, no schell, makris, lee, kennedy, and other ruckman who cant recall atm

Hear, Hear Razzman.
Uncle Ian got the best out of the cubs last year.
The Centrals story is an interesting one. Brandt was run out of town for a favorite son and now there trying to rebuild the ship.

If Uncle Ian got the best out of the young tigers last season what is their problem with him? isn't that what you want your coach to do?

If a player gets cleared to another league then in trewens case wants to come back into the same league albeit with another club then nuri would have nothing to do with the clearance would they?

Trewen will still need to be cleared by Nuri to Freeling no matter how many clubs hes been cleared to outside of the competition since he was last at nuri.

Skipper i believe that all the above speculation is exactly that. Spoke to several senior Nuri players who dismissed any talk of discontent between coach and players.

this will hurt nuri if true ruckman of his quality are very hard to find!

This is from the club web site

Chris Gill continued as President, Simon Taylor as Secretary and Fleur Moran was appointed as Treasurer, unfortunately the position of Vice President was not filled. Rian Nelson commenced the year as Senior Coach but resigned with four games to go after the club announced that it had appointed Roger James as Coach for the following 3 years. Phil Thwaites was appointed as caretaker Coach to finish the season. The "A" grade finished in sixth position and the Reserves finished bottom. The Under 15's played off in the Grand Final against Nuriootpa but were defeated and the Under 17's just missed out on the final 4. Sponsorship income was down considerably due to the Global Financial Crisis and other resaons but despite this the club finished the season on a sound financial footing. Darren Sharp won the Reg Smith Medal for the clubs Best & Fairest.

Hey John/ Chris
You forgot to add in the bit about that Rian had been reappointed before you gave the job to Roger,

Wait until this years sponsorship income

Only question here is what sort of $$$ will be handed under the table to get trewen over the line for the legs.

With no recent reports coming from BEEGRADER and Tex, maybe they have been out to Souths pre-season training and finally realised that their optimism in October was just another case of smoke and mirrors from the kids in the pink skirts.

Time to move on QV, you are really starting to sound like someone a lot more involved than you are letting on. Footy clubs are worse than politics, I wonder what you position will be if the bulldogs win the 2010 flag? though that will be tough as Angaston will take it out in a canter apparently.

Just on that can anyone from Angaston confirm the rumour that was conveyed to me by one of your players that you have already the 2010 flag stiched up so you are now concentrating on the 2011 flag and beyond?

Queen Vic (QV), I think we may change your name to Queen Victoria BITTER (QVB).

Echo those sentiments there Skipper. Definately appears to be some head wobble associated with Angaston players and officials.
