Unfortunately stickers i think your right, The umpire standard has seemed to have fallen right away. Ill have to say the para district umpires are alot and i mean alot better than the A2 umpires i have seen this year. To have 5-6 LBW's from the same umpire really just goes to show something. When you have just been given out and mid off runs past and say's " this is a disgrace you have to chuckle to urself... However cricket is a funny game andlittle totals are always harder to get. We will need to be on top of our game next week to have any chance but we have certainly put ourself's right back into it.

Umpires in turf maybe not premier grade are shocking, just about rather umpire your own games.

Guess i'll just eat my words from the other week, great win by the Farmers boys on the weekend - not sure the coach & captain would be to impressed by the 2nd innings batting performance or was it just a slap and giggle session??
Farmers big chance with another couple of wins of sneakng into the 4, who would have thought that at xmas time??

Yes it was a great bowling and fielding effort to knock off a very good side...
Destiny is in our own hands if we continue to win.

Apparently the coach took the opportunity to go and watch another game after knocking Reynella over by tea..
When he received a phone call whilst driving back, at about 4.45pm, from a player enquiring how far away he was and advising him we had plunged to 7/35 in the 2nd dig, it is rumoured that he took out a bus stop, 2 fence poles and a sheep, as he run off the road....
