I think there is something you can get to connect your VCR to PC so you can edit/view/convert video tapes?

Where could I get something like this and how much for it?

definately is, ive only seen them come up on zazz from time to time though

You can connect the VCR to a DVD HDD recorder and burn the results to DVD, presuming that you have one already.

If not, then you will need some form of capture card on the PC.
