AU V PA ODI 29/10 in Perth+ Watto to get a 100

Postby mal » Wed Jan 27, 2010 12:38 am

Another win for the Aussies looming
Hopefully we get the old bouncy Perth pitch
MJ ill be back
If Peter Siddle is back who misses out ?
BOLLINGER is dynamite
MCKAY is now playing exceptionally well
Ryan HARRIS took a 5 for
What a dilemna for the selectors

And Shane Watson will get the ton this game
It will be the chosen ones 100th game in ODI for his country

Im tipping AU to go up 3-0 in the series

Watson (and Bollinger) have been rested from the two Perth games
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

A great effort by "the one that got away". Another great SACA blunder.

Just imagine him against the Vics in that final, at least he knows what areas to bowl in.

It is JB indeed.

Siddle is playing SD. Siddle will be at 11 which shows the strength of our batting. Harris 10. (they have siddle ahead of Harris but i doubt that will happen).

Nice little start by AUS here.

Little statistic they just showed was PAK have played AUS at the WACA 4 times and won all 4. Wouldnt think a sub continent side would have the edge of AUS at the WACA

Or the WACA games are at the end of an often dead series?

Wonder how many of those 4 have been dead rubbers?

Marsh gone caught behind by a cracker of a catch (yes a good catch by Akmal) off Asif.

Marsh out for 12 off 27

AUS 1/30 off 6.5 overs

Imagine facing Shoaib Akhtar, Wasi Akrim and WACA Younis there, wouldn't be much fun.

I wouldnt suggest too many as they have usually had games in the middle of the tri series IIRC. So not really dead rubbers as they were more often then not fighting for the 2nd spot in the finals

The WSC has only been extinct for a couple of years, I'd be suggesting none. I meant tri-nation series.

ASIF AkMAL could take a good catch after his previous exploits

Fair point. But we have had McGrath, Lee, Gillespie and more. Not sure what the sides were or when these 4 wins for PAK v AUS at the WACA occured.
