Did a spin class Monday and Wednesday ( ouch ) treadmill and weights Tuesday and this morning and down 3.8kg's.

Yeah, we weren't very impressed with the cot. But we did pick up a red treasure chest made out of cloth with a giant velcro padlock!

Little Brod has one of those...no padlock anymore (in pieces) but the chest kicking along well (and it cops a hiding )
