How can people think that Sturt will go from a grand finalist to the wooden spoon in one year when we have recruited well?

I think it will be a close battle between Port and South, Norwood will not be that far behind them.

I would have a guess and say it would be some Glenelg fans having a stir.

Anyone at this stage who didn't think it was out of Port and South, has NFI, or is taking the piss.

The last thing you should take seriously, is a forum poll.

Thats why I voted for the Eagles. ;)

Same with the people saying Central. Could be some Sturt fans taking the piss or any other supporter really as the Dogs are the team we all love to hate.
In saying that, I voted Port.

Maybe Norwood will need the Magpies in there to stay off the bottom ;)

Bugger!

Interesting to look back and see that Port and Norwood both managed to peform well above the expectations of some of those polled - South however seemed to manage the expected result quite easily...

I reckon they will be around the same mark as this year, even a little higher...

My finihsing positions would be something like this...

1. Central
2. Sturt
3. Glenelg
4. North
5. West

6. Eagles
7. Norwood
8. South
9. Port

I do agree that the Maggies will have another poor year and will more than likely take the wooden spoon from the Panthers

yeah its probably a bit of wishful thinking with North but i think teams like the Eagles and West have really improved their squad, Norwood finished of the year really well last season and i think they have alot to build on, while i have heard very very very good things about the Souths new young midfield recruits. I put North there but wouldn't surprise me if they finsihed inside the top 5.
