In relation to his first point?
If so, it wasn't obvious to me...plenty of ACA viewers would hold similar views. I think it was worth making my points whether he was joking or not.

Dude I was agreeing with your post, look who posted before mine and then you disagree with me for agreeing with you? WTF? And personally I don't give a rats what ACA viewers views are, they wouldn't have a brain between them.

Is it a full moon or something at the moment? :?

Very tempting mate, but its shows how valuable they are when some people can't even work out the comment "Good journalism. Work every angle." is obviously a pisstake. Perhaps we need revive the Captain Obvious picture!

My post "I'm sure he was only taking the piss." was taking the piss out of TSG's post before it: "Back pedal over this? You can't be serious." Pretty obvious I would have thought.
The reason for mentioning ACA viewers is to suggest that it wasn't an obvious pisstake because it would be a widely held sort of view. Don't be so quick to inaccurately accuse people of missing the point, especially if you're going to do it yourself.

So I say basically exactly what you say and you go to town on me for agreeing with you.
Remind me not to ever agree with you again.
You might regard ACA viewers as a widely held sort of view, I'd regard them as morons.
I can see the analogy as you'd have to be a complete moron to think TSG's post was serious.
Do what I do mate and just disregard the morons.

Anyway, to get this topic back on track I wonder what sort of action West Adelaide would take IF the allegations were true?
Would you take mitigating circumstances into account or would you just not want a 23 year old that assaults teenagers around your club?
If it wasn't the Messenger who have a pretty good track record with SANFL stories you'd have to wonder if its only a story because its an AFL player's brother as I'm sure a lot of us are aware of other incidents with other players at all clubs that manage to avoid the spotlight.
Interesting times.

Maybe Messenger Press should have used winkies and smilies in the article. It might of looked something like this.

...I take it that there will be a new topic for every player that gets 'in trouble with the law', primarily before the protagonist(s) are declared guilty of the purported 'trouble'. If this is only a re-hash of a Messenger story then why not leave it there!

Sheesh.
