xbox wireless mic

hello

i kinda chucked out the instructions on how to set up my wireless headset/mic for the xbox butt its still not really working.

its like its not charging properly.. any ideas why?

Is the charger plugged in ?

its plugged into the xbox which is turned on...

i think it says when u first charge it the lights may not come on.
so ill charge it for a bit longer then try to use it... i thought it came charged.

Might be worth looking on the Xbox website cos a lot of companies put the instruction manuals online too...usually as a pdf file.

yeah thats what i did... i just wasnt sure at first if i was readin it wrong or mine wasnt working.

but then read the lights might not cvome on straight away etc.

Mine has a power pack to charge it. Which mic do you have?

i dunno what model it is, its a proper xbox 360 wirteless mic headset...

just when i charge it from my xbox no lights or anything and when i try turn it on... nothing

Try using the AC wall adapter that came with the head set. Never heard of the headset being rechargeable through your console.

I never got an ac charger with it. Just the cord to attach to xbox or a charger with a usb cord.
But i took it into a game shop and they said that microsoft made a dodgey batch and they were all recalled. But obviously a few slepped through.
My mates got it for me for a bday present so they dont have receipt.
Ill try take it back to the big w they got it from anyway if that dont work ill contact microsoft.

Any other ideas?
