Love the way Tait just casually strolls through after taking even those big scalps, some other bowlers should take note. Very refreshing......

Go the 'Backs! How about that! What about the catch from Dr Harris off Hodge??!! I don't reckon he saw it till it was past 2nd slip! Unbelievable in the field tonight the boys, and what a difference it made. Vics were shite in the field, we dominated. Good to win easily without major efforts from Afridi or Cosi. Can't wait till Afridi lights up with the bat properly, hopefully will be Tue night v Double-Headers. To see him make a 20/20 ton would be awesome!

Great night at the Oval tonight, some of Pollards hitting was out of this world!

Anyone know why Hussey was so upset, had a go at our players on the way off ans then at Sorrell, the crowd gave him a mouthful though about being adopted and the like :D

Hussey threw a Hissy? \:D/
They didn't show it on Fox but I heard it from one of his biggest fans via a mobile phone call- "David was acting like Jeremy Clayton. Did they show it on TV? What happened?"
I had to laugh cos these 2 are her favourite sports people yet she didn't even realise she was putting both of them down in the one breath

52 off 22 and 2/8 doesnt get MOTM but Tait does?

Yes he got three big wickets, but lets face it, Pollards quick fire 52 put the momentum with us and batted the VICS out the game nearly. And then he chimed in with 2 wickets.

Bit harsh on Pollard IMO

Awesome night, awesome crowd, awesome.

Pollard robbed of MOTM. That straight six, one of the biggest EVER.

Christian what a gun.

Thought we won the game in the first 4 overs, Manou actually did alright and Harris is a T20 GUN!!!

Taity bowled awesome, actually got wickets with good deliveries, nice ball to Hodge and then a very smart slower ball. Good stuff.

Onya SA!!! :D

Will point out that I can't vouch for this personally so is just hearsay. I was told he didn't shake Manou's hand at the end of match either. Can anyone else comment?

well i was wrong, but the redbacks were quite awesome tonight with victoria gaining some control for a few overs during the redbacks chase then pollard stepped up & as soon as the vics were 3/9 they were no hope......sa won 35 or 36 overs of the 40 over match such was our dominance
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Isn't it strange but wonderful, that you can feel this good, whilst admitting you were wrong?

I will make an educated guess ?????
The Dave a player who I think is a brilliant player does have a dislike against genuine fasty bowlers
Tait has shook him up a fair bit the last few seasons
I will say that the way he played against Tait tonight = he got reminded about Tait being a bit too fast for him

The Dave if you look closely plays a bit closer to the square leg umpire off Tait then any other SA bowler

But its all supposition and could be way off the mark
