Seriously WTF? How is it Manou's fault that blokes hit full tosses straight to fieldsmen?

Can't believe i flicked over from the Test cricket to watch this garbage. The fat bloke seems to be doing alright though. All those critical of his weight everytime he fails have been pretty quiet lately.

RR I am not having a go at blokes hitting full tosses to fieldsman, but if Manou is in our top first 6 batters in this side, Shane Watson didnt get a ton today, he would be much better served coming in down the list albeit 20/20, my opinion is simple, it's i am the captain and i bat where i want to, we are all entitled to an opinion and thats mine :D

Well turn it back then Rod if u think its garbage.
SELL OUT crowd apparently

I've turned back don't worry about that. You haven't answered my question though?

You mention a sell out crowd but so what. Sell out crowds watch Britney Spears but that doesn't mean she is not a cheap skanky fake.

Then please just stay out of the threads for it. Some people do like it and wouldn't mind some form of game commentary and/or update on the scores rather than reading the same old grumpy posts from the same old grumpy posters.

If someone who didn't like test cricket were to post in every single test cricket thread bagging the game, it would get a little tiresome, woudln't it?

Yes I agree. Look at the crowds as well.. far more are turning out to T20 than Sheffield Shield.. more people watching live cricket and also helps the CA coffers...

Couple of big 6s for Borgas there. Nice catch by Marsh on the first one, pity for him he was well over the rope!

Geez Pollard can hit the ball.

Now he's out but sensational knock. 45 on debut.

I was hoping for 200 (more bonus), but 196 is close enough - but not good enough if they get there with 2 balls to spare.

For me, I think Teeball is rubbish cricket, but as smac points out, it puts money in the coffers and for once it has interested me enough because I think there is the talent in the SA side to actually win a cup for a change. ;)

By the way, if there was not the international players there, you can bet it would reduce the crowd by a fair portion. And you would see an increase in the 50 overs if they were there.

I'd be happy to but somehow threads about 20/20 appear in the cricket forum. Would be better suited to Other Sports.

Absolutely. And particularly if there is a win here to SA tonight we will easily see 17,000 to the Adelaide Oval next match.

International Stars? Afridi for example can't get a spot in his countries Test squad. Pollard can't get a gig in the West Indies Test or One Day squad.
