i noticed a sec 5 bowler has 31  wickets at Christmas. Is that a record? On track for just below 60 wickets for the year!

We are hoping to be playing ours on the 3rd Vs Plympton.

Don't think too many Morphie boys will be affected by Association selection!!!

Doesn't matter T20 rules state the games are not to be played on a day when an association game is on.

Have the clubs been informed about the association games? Last i heard, they were not even being played.
How are clubs sposed to get a T20 game in before the next association meeting?
This is a joke srsly.
Looks like the Keswick v North Haven final will be decided on a coin toss.

Ok. Did not know that. Maybe Friday night games are the key then.

all well and good that you know when the association games are on bloods, but there were no dates set at the last assoc meeting. How would we know when the games are on?

We are planning for 17th Jan with Morphies and I can't see that changing.

The record in our club is 68 wickets in a season by Paul Harris in Sec 6 back in 1977/78. Something tells me he was playing well below where he should have been.

Kevin Joseph who is the senior side manager found out on Saturday that there will be association games going ahead in the new year with 3 to be played in January and February along with the u/21 games which will make it very hard to get a game going on a sunday.

I think the association games, due to a lack of direction and organisation from SAMCA should not go ahead.

Is it true that JB, The Sarge and Jibba are all looking to play for Sheidow when they have the district bye?

I would have thought they would just let the shiedow team be and not make 3 kids miss out that are playing the rest of the year.

I thought that at the last meeting this practice was ruled out. No more district players returning unless dropped from District.

I thought they said that is what they would do for next year, but i will stand corrected.

Think your wrong Bloods. From my understanding, what AF wrote, is correct. However, if thats the case, when Southerns have a bye and we play Sheidow (Southerns bye covers 2 ASCA games), we may just be able to bring Josh Draper out aswell? lol however it cant happen anymore IIRC

not sure yet bloods but i keen to come back to sheidow and hopefully find some form... see what happends closer to the date and anything that will help sheidow park make the finals this year im all for it.

besides the association have already set a precident, unless action is taken against WOS then i cant see there being much of a problem...

It is close to new years but Jabber didn't sound too keen on a weeknight, nor are we, as getting people there earlier enough would be difficult.

It is really the only choice we have before the next meeting.

Why would the association take action against WOS they didn't do anything outside of the rules :? :? .

AF and CK may be right and the association may have stopped it from now.

I wouldn't think it was in the best interests of Sheidow Pk to bring an out of form batsmen back into a winning side just in the best interests of that out of form batsmen.
