What have most clubs been doing to date with pre season.

I know at the lodge we have had 3 very light sessions. One next tuesday to finish off. Then from the second week in jan we will be going full tilt for 6 - 8 weeks. Training 3 times a week.

What are other clubs doing?

Heccies had their first run last night.

Faark! We have a fitness coach this yr and it was torcher! And supposedly he was going easy on us because of the heat. Two poor blokes threw their guts up. It was honestly the hardest pre season training we've done since I can remember. Apparently it'll be stepping up a few notches come the new year as well. Not looking forward to it! :-s

Another two trainings next week then break until mid Jan. Then two nights a week as per normal.

Also apparently two trial games against Kenilworth and possibly Kersbrook or Bridgewater.

Haven's trained Monday and will train next monday, then back mid january.

First training was good, all ball work but still hard work. Was a nice change from last season which was spent wrestling each other and hand to hand combat.

Touched the footy more times at training on Monday than I did all last season.
I have a problem. It's to do with the little man, the squashed-in French man, the naked little squashed up hairy boy! You know! With the hand feet

At Adel Luth we've had a few boys doing Sat morning runs and had a quiet kick and a catch.
Full preseason to start mid-Jan.
Met a handful of new recruits at Xmas drinks the other night and get our past B&F winner back from a year of injury. Stocks looking OK at this stage.

Did anyone cop the 7 news with our mate TT delivering the Xmas cards whilst his superiors were discussing the pro's & cons of a postie's strike.
Thank God it was only a quick flick, we'd never have shut him up if he became a TV star ;)
