Well there probably wouldn't have been had you not muddied the waters by introducing Bradman into the equation.

Considering he's got his level 2 Coaching, his coaching credentials are fine. Runner up in a Liston, VFL Best & Fairest, State team rep, leading goal kicker for Glenelg, Reserves premiership player, excellent results from the Glenelg underage program which he plays a massive part in, I'd say he'd be fine. His reputation & credentials would be far better then a keyboard warrior like yourself.....

And you'd know he didn't put in every week hey Boon ?

Probably not, but neither would you, it would only be the man in question who could truly answer that. Perhaps after a long look in the mirror.

I didnt see him play every week, I haven't interviewd him ,never met him but when I have seen him play and what I gather from supporters of other clubs on here he wasn't the type of player who I think you will miss.

Macca will be missed don't doubt that for a second.

Even if he didn't get another crack at league level, his knowledge and mentoring skills for the young blokes at the club was first rate. His ability and knowledge of football from playing & working in the SANFL / VFL, training with an AFL team can't be replaced easily.

73 games 160 goals. Fair effort for a supposed footballer that doesn't put in 100%......

Postby 85 WAS A GOOD YEAR » Tue Dec 15, 2009 7:19 pm

Justin ran the Crows in Schools Clinics with Matt Duldig in Bay area Primary Schools, and the GFC footy clinics. He was "King of the Kids" at all these clinics and had many kids come out match days and training nights just to catch up with him again.
Dulds & Macca will be missed by hundreds of kids in Glenelg's Zone, as well as those who had the opportunity to chat with them around the club. Both are 'easy to get along with' guys who obviously loved their roles as Development Managers - Justin at the Bay, Dulds at Crows / SANFL and it showed.

Justin was Runner up in 2009 Reserves Magarey medal, but as League was his real goal, it wasn't something he dwelled upon. When he and Matty Duldig played in our Reserves Team we were definately a stronger unit. But both these guys knew GFC would be better off opening Reserves spots to the U18s coming through. I wish them both well in their new clubs.

Is it just me, or have the Bay supporters become extremely precious recently? Almost as much as the hybrid fans.

Why are North fans being referred to as 'the hybrids' here?

Hmmm. I would have thought this thread reside best where the player in topic does - Regional Footy Leagues under 'Country Footy'... It has nothing to do with the SANFL League, Reserves or Club level.

At least he's found his appropriate footy level now...
