Confirmed at last nights AGM that there will be three u/18 games under lights this year with an upgrade to 200lux plus to enable night matches for season 2011.

Profit, to paraphrase, we met all our commitments and paid an additional $261k off the loan. To not have paid this off would have meant a surplus of $261k but its good sense to pay off the loan.

Players over 190cm. NO.

I am not sure that Cloke is our best option. I think he will either be with Port from round 11 and unlikely to stay in Adelaide if he is not upgraded after one year.

I think our best options are either Butcher or Talia with Talia the most likely to be with us for the longest.

Who in the hell would be caught travelling all the way to Noarlunga to watch a match at night. One would think mainly locals would show.

maybe the supporters of the clubs involved..................plenty of people have supported the night games at Elizabeth i don't see why Noarlunga would be any different.

Noarlunga on an evening such as this (39 degrees) would be sensational, quick swim at Noarlunga beach before the game and a stroll along the foreshore after, maybe night fishing off the jetty, perfect! Middle of winter questionable, but questionable for all night games, but Noarlunga on warm nights would be excellent.

*chuckle*

Yep as a resident of the Southern Suburbs, warm balmy nights are par for the course at Noarlunga from April to September....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Noarlunga is a hell of a lot colder than Elizabeth in winter - and that's DURING THE DAY! Having said that, if the SANFL for some reason scheduled Panthers v Centrals on a Saturday night in the middle of June, I'd still go.

Nonetheless good on the Panthers for getting lights - the more grounds with them the better IMO.
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

Dunno why people complain about the cold, its a winter game FFS....take in some NFL over the next few weeks where there are 60,000 fans and its snowing. Comparing how cold it is between Elizabeth and Noarlunga  wouldnt be more than 1 degree difference....

Good work South, look forward to heading there for a night game...
