Once again,(and I bet you don't get sick of hearing this) TOP WORK Spelly. =D>
Interesting that 14 players have played in flags with different clubs.
Without knowing the exact number,I know that this is less than the AFL stat.
If one person does it, it's insanity. If millions do it, it's religion.

From AFL 2006, there 25 players who have done that. I'd say that is so, because of Ports' number of premierships and the fact that there are less teams. And consequently less players in the mix. As a result, out of the 103 premiership teams in the SANFL I have up, there are 1182 premiership players. An average of 11.48 new players per team.

In the VFL/AFL there are 1357 players out of 110 teams. An average of 12.34, more than the SANFL, for the same reasons above.

Adelaide Hawk had most of them, except for that one. When I go to the library on the weekend, I'll get it then.

Well done Adam Gilchrist on making the transition from footy to cricket, even if it did take him almost 100 years.

I wouldn't mind knowing what the A really stands for - the initial came from the list of Norwood names Squawk sent me. The Register (like all newspapers back then) almost exclusively went on surnames back then; generally only giving the initial to distingush between those who had the same surname.
