Fatty is a good friend of mine and at the risk of being banned from this site for divulging the name of a poster (just about everybody knows who he is anyway), can tell you that he is none other than BTB (and 1 or 2 other anonymous posters over the years).
There would not be too many more avid sports followers that I know that possess his very sound knowledge of most things sports.
He partnered Rossco on the 5CC sports show prior to leaving the district 12 months ago and was known as the "Fatman" on that show.
Whilst his knowledge of sports is wide, his choice of teams he follows, definitley shows he is lacking in some areas and leaves a fair bit to be desired. But he can't have everything can he.

Tumby Bay's Michael Coad is likely to be picked up today by the Gold Coast in the rookie draft, awesome effort and definately deserves his chance. Good payday for Tumby too...

What is the situation with LOCAL Clubs receiving money from AFL clubs when players are drafted by them

Who is the Coad that always represents EP in Country Champs? CHB. Big unit. Is that him, or his older brother?

Not sure how the Gold Coast Players go with that as they won't be playing AFL football until 2011 and certainly not a given to be there even next season either. One would assume they will at least get somthing.
