I think he was thinking more about the fact the points are already used up and the club has its recruits in order already.

I got on the turps with a couple of Port Districts blokes on the weekend and they are on board for you guys next year. Maybe another one too. You are such a bad liar JB ;)

It's not barmera I doubt very much that we will use all our points up last year we only used four for most of the season.

Loxton? I know of a young fella moving up there for work but may not play there as they have big things planned for their remaining points.

Perhaps the new points system doesn't allow for such cases any more, but I'm pretty sure it would.

BSR NOT voted into the indy's 3 -5 against but the SANFL may step in and change that ( and i hope they do step in )
points for RFL big six is 15 but -1 for every under 18 named in the side
so what that means ( example ) if you play 2 under 18s your points would be only 13 so you can add another recruit who is a 2 pointer
Pro's workers moving to a town for a job will be no points ( must prove it to the RFL )
