In other positive news Life Member and former A grade captain, Damien White will take on the roll of C grade coach for 2010, as the Demons establish a 3rd senior side. "Whitey" or as he is affectionately called "Captain Grumpy" is keen to get the "Legend" K.R. White on board as Team Manager
(I pity any other club's TM who doesn't have their team sheet in order)
Be careful when ya shake hands.

A lot of interest has been shown by players, both old and new for the 3rd Demons side. Stay tuned for further developments as the Demons grow bigger and stronger in 2010.
Damien white and keith white are very good friends with myself and my family, as my dad played and coached at lockleys in the mid 80's he coached the c grade and played a handfull of a grade games mostly b's and c's though, might go out and have a kick for the c's when the bloods arent playing.......

I was going to bring my South Adelaide Hall of Fame team poster and get him to sign it seeing as he is only one of about 3 on there that is still alive.....
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

heard the coaches son might be leaving to play higher footy which im sure he is capable of

Michael is a young gun and he is on the track at Locks for pre Xmas sessions, I understand he's committed to another season at Rutland Ave. He's played here for 6 -7 years now thru Juniors/U/18's and now a couple of years as a senior, he's Red & Blue thru and thru.

The only way he'd leave is via an SANFL club and with Baseball commitments during summer that may be difficult without a full pre season at that SANFL level. Here's hoping he stays with the Demons, he's a great lad on and off the field.
yeah mate he is a great player and a great bloke, like having talks with him during games..

hope the Locks do well in 2010, one of the teams i didn't mind playing against

Yeah I 'm unsure if the SAAFL will sanction the use of walking frames or if Kylie, Di, Jules and Co will put up with no mobility from Sunday to Friday ;)

Now we're talking....Moses and Mr Football in the same side. again, they both did a great job running the messages for the B's the last couple of seasons. Mr Footy even coached them, with "Hollywood" to an elimination final against the "Minties" a few years back.

Moses should be fine for 4 quarters, just trying to work out how we can keep the fluids up to Mr. Football., to keep his ahhhuuuummm....... motivation levels up! Shame the C grade don't play night matches.

Played a number of years with DALBS at Gaza, decent B grader who would be good for a few goals a game. Coaches always had issues with his defensive pressure and occasionaly loses his temper at teammates. Nice guy and heard he had a pretty decent year last year. Would be a good finisher in the right side
