Once again WOS training starts tomorrow ALL welcome looking forward to another good year

hope between 30 to 40 alot of guys have gone home and I have excused a few older guys. Havenet had a trial in 2 years may have one all depending on how many new guys we pick up. Last year it showed early we hadnt played a trial looked very rusty

How many teams will you have this year?

at this stage only the 2 but that can change we have a little while to make that decision

Would be good if every team in Div 4 had a C grade team.
I know some teams find it hard, especially the lower grades but it was great having every team in Div 3 last year having C Grade.
Nothing better than having triple headers on a saturday.

Yeah good numbers, had 50-60 there, fair session for the lads too with a time trial first up and a circuit involving some more running, boxing and ballwork after. Good solid first night.

A couple of familiar faces back out running around too which was good to see? How are you lads travelling down there? Looking forward to having a beer in the new clubrooms this year.

A couple of lads put pen to paper last night and Hopefully a couple more signings before christmas.

We have had 5 sessions and are averaging about 45 on the track, had over 60 different players train so numbers are looking good so far.
Definately looking forward to the new clubrooms being built.
