My mail is hes the fitness coach with boxing the main training element.Left or Right hooks to the jaw the first move taught

Sorry Gennas couldnt help myself.
Seriously i havent heard much about pongy whats happening, i would of thought with sambo down there he would of recurited a few by now.maybe WOW can fill us in on any player movements ;)

Gennas is on board  and a few boys are returning, Tomo Wack etc. Also could have a handy B grade with the likes Wal, Sarge, Ben "Robo Cop" Thorn & Nathan "Vision" Bennett & possibly a couple of big old blokes returning up forward. Also some younger blokes coming back for a kick which is great for the club. Be interesting to see how many rock up next week to start training?? Enjoy those stairs boys

The pay cut would just be to replace the West End Beer caravan that he broke a bit!!!! :)
Going to Encounter Bay....That would most likely be a heap of crap, however stranger things have happened in footy.

Just seen the gsfl match program and it seems willunga arent playing vale in the night game at the start of the year or a sunday game later in the year?? whats goin on there? i see micky conlon mentioned something, but nothing really clear came back. Is it because vale keep getting spanked? anyone know anything on the matter?

i dont know why mate, yes we have been spanked in almost every game since 2003, but i dont think this has anything to do with that. i would have thought that the gate takings would have been for up because of the night game and return sunday game and hence made more money for the clubs. i do know that a lot of the guys thought 3 night games in the first 4 weeks last year was a bit much as it doesnt give you a chance to settle into a routine and waiting around all day saturday sucks, i think we owe a strath a night game at strath that is why we are still playing that one, so we might see the return to a night game and sunday game next year who knows, personally i would like to see us play willunga at night and then the return game on a sunday as they are closet and probably biggest rivals in the league so it just makes it a bit more special than the every week games. although in reality they are all worth the same points
who ever thought of the saying winning isn't everything, probably lost!!

Few questions for discussion: Who is gonna kick all the goals for Goolwa now that S.White has left, and they missed out on the much sought after signature of T.Rigney? Are the Ellis Bros. staying at Victor? Havent heard much about VH.. Has Strath or Langhornes gained any more recruits to knock the Demons off the top?

2009
Steve Sammuels the A grade Coach of Compass. Has done a good job during the minor round but gone out pretty much in straight sets for the last 2 years, come finals time.
Wal McMillan Reserves
Roy webb U/17

Cuzzy. All coaching positions were advertised a couple of weeks back. I think, as per constitution.
It would surprise me if they were not reappointed as all 4 sides made finals.

Perhaps sammuals has gone to Encounter bay and you are giving us a cryptic clue, Cuz.

Evidently the Ellis Bros will be at Victor. Plus Leigh Saunders if he recovers from his back which was hurt in a car accident a month ago. Plus Tim Boyd plus Leigh Ryan plus Iljecson plus Saucy as Asst Coach. Hope he feels safe!!! Lost Joras.
Strath ..has picked up a very good ruckman.
Langhornes ..do not have a lot of points to play with. Have The pick of a few but looking for a key position CHB or CHF ruckman. Depends on Feasts availability.
Yank.. a couple from Canberra
Myponga ..Sampson started interviewing Monday..last night
will get Tommo and Hutchy back.
Apart from that...... Sargent Shultz says it best

There will be a few current Jervois players going back to Mypo...There also might be a few who haven`t played for a year or two. (at Jervois)

Yeah Bj hasn't posted since the week before the GF.
He has started pre-season and does not have time to scratch himself.
All fired up for 2010 (as are all of the Willunga boys) and trying to get back into size 32 shorts.

Heard from a strong source that Encounter Bay had a deal as good as done last week with a new coach, assistant coach and at least 3 good recruits. Fell through at the last minute they would be very dissapointed not getting it done. Would've definately been a step in the right direction. Very interested to see what happens now :?
