Do you really love the lamp, or are you just saying it because you saw it?

Yeah sorry about that, still getting used to the weird predictive text on an Iphone. No offence meant to your manna, she shouldn't cop any insults just because your nanna was a loon! ;)

that's very arrogant to say that anyone with faith in God is a loon... and therefore you are not only offending Nanna SS but everyone who has any faith whatsoever... which makes you a loon because you believe there is no God...

It's not arrogant at all, it's just my opinion and I'm entitled to it.
Just like your differing opinion, none are right or wrong and were all entitled to them.
Good luck to you, before I went to kindy I believed in Santa so I can relate to you.

I defend you, then you say that. In turn, you have now belittled him because he hasn't got a ticket.

how is that belittling someone?!? if Wedgie or anyone else doesn't believe there is a God then they have no need for salvation, simple. just pointing out that we as Christians aren't (or shouldn't be) aloof. we are no different to anyone else...

... if she does make the final 144K, would she then be Manna from Heaven?

(biblical joke - see Exodus 16, Numbers 11)

I get the reference, and she is not one of the said 144K, she knows that. The 144K know who they are.

i've never met a JW who thinks they are a part of the 144,000...

I've met one. They are few and far between.

Personally I felt that Alanis Morrisette & Chicken Schnitzel kilpatrick were the perfect end to this thread. Unfortunately it seems to have found it's own version of eternal life.

Or a dozen Oysters Morrisette.......
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

as a Christian we believe that Jesus is returning to Earth for His Church in the rapture,

For the Lord Himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever” (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).

when this happens and the Church has been taken what will you think?
