I am a heavy smoker to been smoking a back of 25's a day since I was 13

Well there in itself all good incentives to give up.

My niece had a baby the other day.
It was 4pnd and I thought wow that's small (Well compared to my giants I suppose ),
Then I found out she had smoked all the way through her pregnancy,
So I am wondering if that had anything to do with the size of the baby?

I'm no expert Ma, but I do believe smoking does affect the development of the baby. My wife is a social worker and is pretty schooled up on this sort of stuff so I pick up a few things (when I'm listening  )

I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Yep, that's right r&w, I have no social conscience.

If that's a veiled reference to my comments on another topic earlier in the week, that's why I withdrew them. I shot my mouth off early without knowing the full extent of situation. I take it you've never said anything you've regretted later mate? At least I was man enough to admit my mistake.

Grunters in the gym. You're not impressing anyone dude, you just sound like a pig having a root. Put the monster weight down and try something a little more your size.

Try lifting something heavy yourself ha ha. There are two things I can think of worse in the gym than someone grunting. Both of these things I witnessed when I was working out at the *** ** ** *** in the **** ******.

1. Two guys with MASSIVE guns looking at each other adoringly while they worked out. ERK.
2. After busting your chops on a workstation a tiny little chick comes up and just slacks on another three or four stacks and kicks yours arse. Bitch - yeah - you know who you are!

Have a big drink of tomato juice (or eat a cold tin of tomatoes) with two panadol then back to bed with you. You'll be right as rain by 7pm.

Gyms are a very good place to approach women, for numerous reasons. One reason is that when we exercise, our brains release endorphins -- the "feel good" chemical. Women who are enjoying a good workout are literally buzzing as their brains are filled with endorphins. This makes them the opposite of a woman in a bar who is "on guard" and acting defensive and suspicious when guys try to come near her.

Now, if there's a woman at your gym that you want to talk to, wait until she's deep into her exercise session. Don't try to talk to her when she first arrives, or when climbs on the treadmill five minutes after showing up.

Let her work up a sweat. Let her brain start firing off those endorphins! Technically, she's actually feeling a bit "high" at this stage!

And if she's been working out hard and could use a break, she'll welcome the chance to chill out for a minute and talk to you. (But only if you approach and start the conversation the right way.)

  ;) 8)
