It reads "ETSA - SLO", missed a letter W off the end I'm thinking but it means Street Light Outage

Shopping centres in our area have white painted lines x amount of metres from each entrance,
Where no smoking is permitted so you can walk out into fresh air...lol.

Not being able to smoke in pubs and restaurants. Nothing better than lighting up a fag after a good meal. I also hate anti smoking campaigners who try and push their beliefs on everyone. I rate them right up there with Jehovas Witnesses. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

I don't recall a Jo-Bo ever blowing poisonous cigarette smoke in my face, whilst I am enjoying a quiet meal or beverage. Why should non-smokers and staff have to put up with your dirty cigarette smoke inside a public venue? Go outside in the carpark dutch up your own car if you love lighting up straight after a meal....

i get the shits when smokers dont realise that their habit\pastime\enjoyment\suicide wish is being inflicted on people that actually like their lungs. if the smoke didnt waft throughout the whole general area that they occupy then no problem. you do what you want with your life. when it impacts on others though is where the problem starts.

imagine me pouring beer down the throats of the non drinkers around me just cos i wanted a beer!

speaking of smokers as one, something that gave me a fright more than shits happen yesterday when I was admitted to hospital with a minor stroke, I'm only 24 guess who has started cutting back the amounts he smokes in hope of being complety off them with in a month (realistic target)

Yeah sorry to hear that ID, hope you're on the mend and it helps you give the sticks away ... I mate of mine was a HEAVY smoker and suffered a minor stroke in his late 20's.

Hasn't had a smoke since and has been off them for 10+ years now, hope you're able to do the same mate.

yeah thanks mum and cp, the doc didnt appreciate my jokes though like about hour after getting admited asking if i could go for a smoke or at about 6:30 asking if could go play soccer with my mates, however as I am young with a young family myslef, I promised the wife, that I would be around to see our kids grow up. I am a heavy smoker to been smoking a back of 25's a day since I was 13
