I heard Semmler was diving for Ronnie Evans.
Semmler was sitting at a table with all the Tasman hierachy at the pub yesterday. I think they were waiting for their AGM later this week to announce his appointment.

It is a sad day when other clubs have to come poaching players and involve employment in a case like this and the player does not get to play where he wants to or with the people he wants to. We have never condoned this and will never operate like this like the 4 other clubs involved in the PLFL.
What has happened to club loyalty these days? I would never leave the rangers!

I heard they have given Semmler a 6 year deal. Trophy cabinet should fill up by then.

i would be complaining aswell.
loyalty in football has gone missing, but in saying that you can't blame the man, i mean family has got to come first and when your gettin 100 G's a year diving that can set you up for life. so really i would have done exactly the same thing. still dont think it will do anything for the roosters though.
you've also got to laugh at LF's signature, something about pride and pay?? ;)

A mate from MR tells me once again the whole Semmler deal has been done without an official letter to MR to speak to him. Tassies have a look at yourselves the first to complain when any rule is broken.....................what is good for the goose is good for the gander.

C'mon Milton what a different set of rules for you blokes. I can tell you the untouchables will mean nothing this year with that attitude...........I know a couple Roosters being targeted already.

Well I spose when u get the spoon twice in a row there is really nothing to worry about.

Wont blame rangers for not going to their establishment for a beer after. They are always welcome at ours across the road where they spend a fortune. At least MR and Waybacks have still got respect for each other.

C'mon I want to hear from a Tassie as to why they think they can ignore the rules and talk to other players withoput going through the official rules. Weak pricks!

Being a demon heres an interesting question.................Semmler goes and coaches..............Parker comes back and coaches. Who would the Rangers rather have? I rate Parks as one of the best in Lincoln and will be huge for the rangers. I dont reckon they would be that disappointed.

By the way live the only way Tassies get players is by inducements - no one would go there otherwise. Someone mentioned the Brooks boys - geez they saw the light early in their careers.

It has been confirmed that Carl will coach Tasmans and is abalone diving for Des Buckland. The deal is worth $185 k per year. I confirmed last night also that no letter has ever been sent to us and just goes to show that the TFC have total disregard for the rules and if the PLFL don't come down hard on this then they may just find us with the GFFL super league in 2011.
He had a gun put to his head in the decision dermie, he never liked Tasmans and still doesn't to this very day.
I would have thought the money would have been better spent in getting all your grades to wear the same guernsey livefooty  or even pay off some of the debt you left us all
