People who sit at the back of a bus and listen to their music really loud on their phone, no headphones or anything, and its always shit music, so the others on the bus have to put up with their rudeness.

Was on a bus once where the driver kicked one of these morons off. Other passengers were very happy!

I'm having the same problem with the sewing machine and a Laurastar ironing system, Lunchie.
I can heat things with the Microwave, but I haven't gotten much further with the idea of cooking.
I guess it will get easier with time, and practice and familiarity.
I've just been repairing, and rebuilding to my requirements, the garden watering system this afternoon.
It was a bit warm in the sun, but the garden would have collapsed and died if I'd put it off much longer...

Someone told me yesterday that you can get 'hayfever injections'
They had bad hayfever - went to the doctor - got given a hayfever prescription,
Which came with x amount of doses,
went back to the GP was given an injection,
now only needs one or two of those a season??
No more countless boxes of hayfever tablets.

If this is true - why are more people not told about this??
You get what you give....

I have had one some years ago Mum. I have suffered bad hayfever for about 20 years but in the last 5 or so I have slowly "grown out of it".

The injection that I had seemed to do nothing as I still ended up on tablets each day.

The best remidy I have found is:

Beconaze nasal spray. Start about mid-August on it to get the steroid working well before hayfever season sets in.

A pineapple juice every morning ( fresh pineapple is better )

Loads of water.

This works for me, might not work for all, but this is the third year running I have not even purchased any tablets. *Touch wood*

That's fine, except if you're a dermatitis sufferer, like me -citrus flares up skin conditions.

I was told Bourbon was good for your sinuses - I'm yet to see the effects but I'll keep drinking anyway, it's bound to work sooner or later

I'm just screwed.

... and if you own a bike, and decide to ride it on the road, accept the fact that your machine is thereby a VEHICLE and is subject to the same rules as other machines on the road.

Stopped at lights yesterday morning, to make a right hand turn. There was already a spandex-clad poonce, freshly-shaven legs straddling his velocipede, waiting ahead of me.

After 30 seconds waiting this cretin decides he's had enough waiting, and promptly idles his bike across the pedestrian crossing (against the red), onto the footpath on the other side, and takes off at full tilt down the sidewalk.

They're happy to demand courtesy and awareness from motorists, but they're also happy to ignore the road rules when it suits 'em.
