I can not believe Punter sent them in! 1-0 up in the series and a real chance to make a big total and apply the pressure. Instead India's batters absolutely belted us, they were hitting us all over the place.

I have to say it. Mitchell Johnson goes missing far too often. He stepped up in the Republic but otherwise he has been a pussy cricketer. It's time to shelve Brett Lee internationaly as well as that is now two breakdowns in two tours. It was hard to watch the Indians belting us out of the park while our best line bowler Stuart Clark sat next to Mark Waugh in the Fox studios back in Sydney.

Back to the drawing board boys.

Dhoni gets a hundred, and India win.

Interesting fact- The out of form M Hussey now has four fifties in his last five ODI digs.

Mitchell Johnson goes missing fart oo often ?
Mitchell Johnson voted cricketer of the year in World Cricket
At least I agree with whoever voted him in

As for Brett Lee
South Africa tour
Indian Premier league
15 minutes rest and into a series v India
Now wonder he broke down

Also dont worry about what happens in India
You get 2 types of pitches
Spinning tops or roads, if they made honest pitches India would struggle
Once again our bowlers are injured when playing India, happens often in the last ten years

Also If Alexander the Great could not win in India how should we expect Australia to win there

PS
What the f...k are we doing playing a ODI series v India after a gruelling schedule ?
7 games, dear oh dear oh me

mal how can you blame workload for brett lees injury? he didnt play in the ashes and he was fit for most of that time after his early injury, playing in the champions league bowling 4 overs every couple of days isnt going to do too much damage

the reason for the 7 one day internationals is because of the way the australain summer used to be planned where each touring team had to play a minimum of 8 one-dayers as part of the tri-nations. now that we have reduced this to 5 all subsequent oneday tours should be back to 5. it was the same with teh 7 games in england

Paine is flying home after badly breaking his finger last night. Who will go as his replacement? Probably between Manou and Hartley with Wade an outside chance.

Damm straight. I'd rather have the Ashes than some poncy award.

I'll say it many times in the coming years I fear, there is just too much cricket. Far too much cricket.

Tests ( which may one day be a novelty *shudder* ) One-dayers and now the fast-food world of T-20. With all this cricket blokes will rise and fall like shooting stars and the likes of Tendulkar and Pontings run records will stand forever as we will never ever see another Ricky Ponting play International cricket at Test match level for 15 years like he has. The new age Ponting will never be able to do it as he will be burnt out before he turns 30.

Lee plays for NSW in some Cash Comp and breaks down for Australia two weeks later.

IMO, any T-20 comp other than those that are rated as "Internationals" should not involve any cricketer who is in our Test squad.
PAFC. Forever.

LOOK OUT, WE'RE COMING!

I thought they might just grab Haddin again given that he's making his comeback for NSW on Sunday but good opportunity for Manou.

MAYZ
You dont have to Einstein or Mal to work it out
The more games of cricket a player plays in, the more chance of injury

I watched Brett Lee play in the NSW V TT 20/20 game, and b4 I could fart he was playing against India

The 3rd ODI is on Saturday night from 7:20pm. Manou to make his ODI debut & will Henriques get a gig? Either way we need to stand up after that flogging last game.

They should all come home, this series should never have been played
Money hungry cricket boards filling up the coffers instead of giving the real entertainers, the players a freshen up ?

Really as far as Im concerned as soon as Shane Watson gets out any interest subsides

As usual the pitches are tailor made for the hosts AGAIN

It would have been nice to see some of these guys playing domestic cricket for thier states
