That first half hour in particular is brilliant. The Ears (who are on just before 1am) are the band that Dogs in Space is based on.

Hopefully in stores today or tomorrow. Will be grabbing it as soon as I can. The Tote gig was a little bit of whos whos of the Adelaide scene in the 80's. Liz Dealey, Chris Willard, Jim Selene and some "bastard" who use to do a show on Triple M (3D).

I've heard a few of those names mentioned to me before from my friend who's mates with Charlie. Was the guy from 3d Radio an Eddie or a Lewie?

Liz was in The Acid Drops, Twenty Second Sect and Liz Dealey band. She was also in the Sputnicks which was Dave Graney and Claire Moore's band prior to The Moodists.
Chris was in The Acid Drops, Lizard Train and Dumb Earth
Jim was in The Spell, The Spikes, The Purple gang, Primevils, Free Moving Curtis and I've probably missed one.
The guy from 3D was some bastard called Nick.

By the way I am forever in Grong Grong's debt as I ended up with one of access all areas passes for the gig they did with Dead Kennedys. It's one of my most prized possessions.

No. There was no fear and loathing alumni in attendance. Considering the amount of members they've had that's pretty amazing.

The docomentary "Sing Blue Silver" of their 1984 North American Tour is fantastic on DVD. 10 out of 10.
