Just dropped by Heathfield High. The pitch looks like it will be dry but the outfield is going to be very slow. Will make Happys B grade 150 more like 250 to chase down :(

Any chance of Mylor logging in their match results for the B grade?

Or teams for that matter

Bawden (120 ret.) got them over the line.

No Fleet, Steadman, Gaunt, Gifford at all, and only a slash appearance by AL Cooper.

Warbie has the book. He doesn't know what an innernet is...

Steadman and Gaunt are planning on playing one dayers this year (C Grade), Gifford has work for the next few weeks and is planning on playing C's as well. Fleet wants to go fishing and just be a slack tart for the first half of the year and will probably return after Christmas.

Basically Mylor's A2's are missing a few important players from previous premiership sides, at least for the first half of the season.

Should be around the mark, main challenger to Nairne i would suspect.
I see Newham fronted up for them Saturday and was amongst the runs after having last season off.

My take so far:

Lobey- Cruised to a couple of wins. Palmer recruits have had a huge impact. Aufderheide not playing down city yet it seems
Kers- Missing a heap of players but still doing enough to win. Wehrman as good as any all-rounder going around.
Wood- Sitting top. Strong batting line up on paper. Young quicks doing well. Medlow making runs.
Paracombe- Rely a lot on the top order to make runs. Bowling depth an issue?
Lenswood- Been around the mark but we’re not making enough runs to really challenge the better teams.
Gumeracha- Pushed Kers but belted by Lobey. Very young team.

20/20 games this week. I don’t like the idea but anyway….

Well that managed to kill some time at work
:D
SAFC- 60 years...
StKFC- 58 years..

How can you not like the idea, the rangers were one of the two A grade sides that voted for it at the delegets meeting. :P

TWE, I think Mylor just disputed the fact that Lofty innings was entered as Declared, apparently it should have been Compulsory close because a reitred hurt counts as a wicket taken.

Why did Mylor bat on and not have a crack at an outright?

I think you'll find it was a combination of the heat and the fact they had already started drinking Dutchy.

They should have though as Lofty only had 9 men for the last session and the Lofty boys were exhausted after fielding short the entire day because a player had pulled out at the last minute due to uni committments.
