Havent heard anything like that mate. Greenshields or Custard might have. they would have to be pretty good coming from Div 7 into EFC 1st team if all the names mentioned come over.

These guys ex-Smithfield boys baggy? If it's ones i'm thinking of they are very good players and would be huge losses for Angle Vale if true.

Yeah I did hear they are ex- Smithfield boys and the other one not sure.
Rumour is Angle Vale are losing about 9 or 10 players from A grade side last year with retirement or players moving on to a new club.

Smithfield have picked up a Salisbury North A grade player as a player/coach for 2010. Expected to bring a few A1 players along to the club.

I hear Elizabeth are a chance of snaring a very good player from Salisbury West........last years captain I think. Would be a huge pick up for Elizabeth if it happens imo.

Sounds like 6 teams from div 5 should nominate for div 1
with all these gun players in div 5 cant be too many left for the rest of the amatuer league

I'm hearing ya mate, it's friggin October, a lot can happen between now and then, all I've got to say from a Smithfield perspective is that Joss is a playing coach, who he can bring out or who he attracts out to us remains to be seen.
I wont be p!ss!ng in people's ears and tell them it's raining and I don't post speculations, if it's true I'll confirm it otherwise I let most of the poo go through to the keeper.

I believe Adelaide Lutheran will field a very similar side in 2010 that they did in 09. They are a club who traditionally find it hard to attract players so won't be lining up any 'guns' like everyone else seems to be, but were by no means uncompetitive in Div 4 on their day this year so should be fairly competitive still in Div 5 I would think. North Haven are unknown because of all the talk about who is in and out at that place so I'd hate to speculate on them...
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Adelaide Lutheran need to be in division 4.5, they always seem too strong in div.5 and struggle in div.4. They are always far better at home aswell.

They appear to acclimatise to the claustrophobic conditions of the parkland change rooms better than most visiting teams...
