$$$ aren't a problem here.
As I keep saying, The AK99 and Wellsy are on nothing other than a schnitzel voucher at the Tanunda Club.

With the loss of those big name players at South and complimented by Mulligans inability to recruit big name players, as per the Bomber, it may be another long year at the Den.
Although a clean out of those non performers may be what the Doctor ordered.

Not sure, maybe Nom 11 has something to add,

My mate John should be hiding in your mountains for the worst B & F night in the clubs history, under 50 people attended, the winner was in a singlet, have a look at the photos, after the club rang the great Darren Sharp and told him you better get up here you have won the B&F,

I really think people under-estimate his worth and also what he currently gets paid... He is much more than a couple of pints and parmy's. But due to his off field antics, he's guarenteed to be a magpie
Wooden spoons; great for stirring soup... p.s. I think I love Les baker

Texas Rattler

You sent me a PM, happy to share with all

They have left to join Elizabeth with Ben Halliday, playing in Div 5, we all know you just can't replace locals...

What a fantastic experience that would be playing Div 5 amateur league footy.
Pinch or Daisy.... Can you also confirm that Seelander and Chadwick have parted company?

Good locals are hard to replace , but if herizck couldn't turn them into finals footballers with his no nonesense approach then migilligan would have been on a hiding to know-where.

Chadwick i.e. norsworthy yes i heard he has retired from the donnybrook army to play closer to home. A good serviceman and i know his greek godlike looks will be missed by the resurgent female fan base that could be seen clammering around the donnybrooks changerooms this year.

apparently the new points system comes in from next year now instead of 2011 . Straight in the deep end. Will keep it interesting.

Queen Vic... never let the truth get in the way of a good story. The Blucher family (including Leigh) are moving to Queensland.(And you say John Wills is dishonest !!!)
And if you think Leigh was a big wrap for Sponge's coaching, that is funny. It is fair to say he was not a fan at all...
Maybe you and John Wills should kiss and make up, everything he does is for the best interests of his club. You should know that the club is bigger than any individual in it. Move on, or take your bitterness to another club that wants to hear all about your misery.
If you don’t like my words, don’t listen. If you don’t like my appearance, don’t look. If you don’t like my actions, turn your head; It’s as simple as that.

its fair to say the way the barossa (aka john) has handled the whole sponge situation isnt ideal but queen vic u must let this go, when you have a person of james caliber come knocking on ur door u have to at least have a chat otherwise he would walk straight on by to the next club and im pretty sure most of the other clubs in the league would of welcomed him with open arms and as for the poor turn out to the presentation, i believe the netballers held a seperate presentation, no coach to present a season review etc, and the fact that every1 has been on such a high around the club over the preceeding few years ( 2 premierships from 3 grand finals) lead to a dissappointing turn out..Heard the football trip was a blast tho with good numbers and mateship
