As gadg said Richi didn't want a bar of it. Bradshaw however was OK with the deal.

Didn't Geelong win the gf without a power forward. We need to focus on developing a stable defence

I'll stick my neck out and right Richmond and Melbourne off for 2010. I recon neither of these teams will challenge for the flag ;)

Hey Dutchy, this is on TheAge.com.au today:

During AFL trade week last week, Bradshaw had agreed to return to Victoria and join the Blues - in exchange for Brendan Fevola and along with teammate Michael Rischitelli - but the deal fell over when Rischitelli refused to leave the Lions.

http://www.theage.com.au/news/rfnews/sw ... 74818.html

which is what I understood to have happened.

Perhaps. But no matter if Bradshaw ends up at Carlton or Sydney or where ever, I'm just glad that
Vossy thought it'd be nice to to knob one of the club legends....

Also the quote from the CEO of Brisbane Michael Bowers was gold !

"We made what we thought was a good offer to Daniel and he rejected it, unfortunately," Bowers told MX newspaper on Monday.
"Through his manager, we understand that he is seeking a longer and more lucrative deal. If that’s the case, it’s his call and we wish him all the best in the future because he’s been a great servant.
"It was not a situation where we wanted to get rid of Daniel; not at all. We wanted to keep him. We offered him a contract and he made the decision to reject it."

LOL ! Yeah that's why you put him on the trade table in the first place you ******* knob
