My mail is that Gennas will be the assistant to sambo and is 99% done. Jason Gaskin will also be Clays other assistant, with Gasko possibly pulling on the boots. Duncan Draper also a possibility to come out of retirement...

WOW - Genna's will be playing at Willunga next year, unfinished business after his finish to the year and Gaskin will not be following either, approach had been made to both none the less.

Damn good player, no arguement there.

No doubt, very smart man and has some excellent plans on how to take the club to the next level.

Heard over the weekend Matt Golding of Edwardstown to play under Sherwood at Langhorne and is likely to bring a couple of talented mids with him

With Moore and Sherwood still having carry over points from last year.....2 and 3 respectively, and I am not sure of the other recruits from last year.
They really have the maximum capacity to get 2 three point players.
Don't forget what happened to Juric and McKinlay at Victor last year!!!

Thank god they brought this new player points system in, last year we all seen how it closed the competition within league up a bit. im expecting better things to come this season again and in the future for the weaker clubs.
If not they could always scrap it and langhornes can go buy the state team

just to quell any rumours, Sherwood will be coaching the Creek in 2010 and Feasty will be playing as many games that fit in with his commitments at Sturt. As for Sherwood recruiting a heap of blokes from Edwardstown, unless they're 0 or 1 point players we can't fit them in. We've only got 3 points to work with which is basically 1 reasonable recruit.

Looking at previous posts, is this Peter Simmons?

Why would Strath not go with him again if it is?

Cheers mate. Sure he'll be a good appointment for them but know that Strath has done well with their Simmons as well.
