Neely was good and he is very very fit but Glenelg have improves significantly since his departure even though many posters on this site think otherwise. Surely North dont need any more onballers!!

Re: Possible Recruits 2010 (unofficial)
Central definitely need some midfielders. With Chad out, rumours about Scotty Dutschke(to the Gold Coast) and JC entering the latter stage of their career (three years to go
at least one player would be a priority.
Hopefully they can convince Sladey (with a reduced work load) to come back. Watched the GF dvd for the first time and he could easily have been best. Said he was knackered after the last quarter, but we had no rotations.

I think you'll find the Bays will have themselves a new full forward for season 2010, watch this space...

If he isn't picked up by an AFL club, the Panthers could have possibly signed this young lad from Williamstown in the VFL, same club 2009 recruit Nathan Lyons was picked up from...

Absolutely NO coincidence that Glenelg improved once they flicked Culpitt and Neely. 2 good footballers no doubt. 2 ordinary team men. They didn't leave. They were shown the door.

Shame that the SANFL Hall of Fame doesn't use similar logic. Blokes with B and Fs from bottom clubs walk into the Hall of Fame, others from top clubs who ran second four times in a row to the greatest player ever can't get a look in.

Don't know what this SANFL Hall of Fame is as it doesn't exsist. There is a SA Football Hall of Fame.

No matter what it's called it is a joke that Terry von Bertouch can't get in to it. He would have picked up and carried a number of blokes who are in it.

The transfer fee would be about $25K. A conservative guess on his salary...$20K.
$45,000 would be a fair investment in a 31 year-old.
