Bengals do it again! Carson Palmer threw a 20 yard touchdown pass on the back of a 80 yard drive with 22 seconds left to win 17 to 14. Now sitting top of the AFC North every game they've played in has been decided by less than a touchdown! They've got some pluck this year! :D

Anderson looked like a top QB of the future 2 years ago but is struggling big time at the moment.

Was blown away by Atlanta smashing San Francisco 45-10 and one of my favourite subjects in Oakland QB JaMarcus Russell would appear to be struggling at minute but I believe Raiders have to let him know that his job is safe for rest of the year as they did invest a no.1 overall draft choice on him 2 years ago and their offensive line is terrible and top prospect Running Back Darren McFadden is also struggling.

I have absolutley been getting into the NFL this season. Think it's brilliant. The only problem i have is i don't really have a team to support. The only real interest i have had in these games is supporting the bets i have on.

Please SAFOOTYITES help me pick a team to support.

None of my family have ever been to or live in the USA so they don't have a favourite place i could support. None of my friends or family have names that are an American city so that won't help either. I support Central but all the red, white and blue teams NYG, NE, TEX, BUF are all going ok, i don't want to jump on a bandwagon thats for sure. I can't support the Raiders they are black and white, that is sacreligous.

please help.

I'm a New York Giants fan myself, I got family that live in New York and New Jersery (Italians in these 2 areas  ) so my American sporting teams are from those 2 areas Giants, Nets, Devils, Yankiees and Rutgers (college sports). The Giants have won 3 superbowls lastest one was 2 seasons ago when the provided the biggest upset in NFL history when they beat the then undeafeated Patriots, not to maybe people on the bandwagon.

If you are really after a underdog team go with the Texans or Bills if you want to stick with those colours.

Know it's only a bit of friendly banter but you could do a lot worse than follow the Dolphins.

A solid QB in the making in Chad Henne and a quality rushing duo of Ronnie Brown and the rejuvenated Ricky Williams plus a good defense.

I have followed NFL since the late 80s and love it! Despite several attempts I have never been able find a strong passion for any one team so now I just follow it without having a 'my team is ...'. It doesn't take away from my enjoyment of the game at all.

My only rules are that I never want the Cowboys and the 49ers to win and I have a soft spot for the Bills and Patriots. When I started following it they were the 2 of the most dominant teams and 2 of the worst so I felt sorry for the underdogs at the time.

The Patriots have since turned out to be anything other than underdogs!

If you do have to pick a team, don't force a decision on it though. One will come to you in time.

That's a good call and personally have a bit of a thing for the Vikings at the moment (Peterson, Favre, Jaryd Allen (awesome)) but also like Denver (**Josh McDaniels at 33 must be one of the youngest head coaches in recent history) and Detroit (am hoping for a Daunte Culpepper renaiscance)

**although the struggling Tampa Bay Buccaneers did appoint Raheim Morris who is a few months younger**

Thought you didn't want a bandwagon team, the cowboys, 49ers and dolphins are the most bandwagon teams in the league, oh well, grab a ticket and jump aboard..............bandwagoner ;)

Green Bay Packers for mine,,
- green and gold colours
- almost the Peckers (thought that was their name when I was 8 so I supportered them)
- love the small town that owns the team against greedy corporate owners.

Planning to go to the US in October 2011, whatever else I do, a Packers game at Lambeau "the Frozen Tundra" Field is #1 on the must do list.

a game over there is something pretty special, watched 6 games over there during 2005 all at Giants stadium, saw the giants play cardinals, rams, broncos, redskins, cowboys and eagles. The games over Cowboys and Eagles where awesome and you can certianly feel the hatred there especialy between Giants and Eagles and it was good to smack those philly wankers.

I highly recomend watching a game over there its an experiance to be had, you should see if you can watch green bay V vikings, bears, lions, giants or cowboys all those games no matter how they are playing should be corkers and they all have a history with each other (from the giants point of veiw they nick our championship coach Vincent Lombardi back in the 50's)
