Central could do with Miklejohn, MacKenzie is brilliant, Giles is coming on perfect and Griffin is good value when fit, the only issue being both Giles and Griffin are AFL listed and if fit and in form both could be in their AFL clubs best 22. Im really against relying on AFL teams especially come finals.

I would seriously consider trying to recruit Mikeljohn and then off loading Griffin to another SANFL club as the oppurtunites probably wouldn't be there for him at Centrals.

I don't think Central(s) is where he wants to go...

And you know this because ???

I don't think it's other SANFL clubs chasing him, rather one particular club west of our border...

Perhaps there are reasons why some fringe AFL players are that - they don't have the discipline or motivation to work to succeed.
It makes relying on such recruits a risky business.

Agreed it is a risk but it can work out well eg the Gowans brothers.

And Callinan and Thomas and Sansbury and....

In fact I query the judgement of some AFL clubs when I see who they keep and who they let go.

Joffa Giles may Strugle to keep his spot on the Port list.
