I suspect Cossie will have a good run in the redbacks team as according to todays paper he is now the coach. Also suggests that he will share the spinning duties with OBrien. Didnt know he was bowling spin.

The key to becoming a coach is to have the same given name as the current coach. And Cossie has now achieved that.
